Aperitive on boat
A trip plenty of relaxation, sun and good local food. We board on an ancient Genoese goiter or other typies of boats and we sail the trasparent deep emerald warter of the marine protected area. We will arrive close to the charming coast of Monte di Portofino that rise 700 meters above sea level. We’lll try emotions dictated by wilderness and steep area, which blends harmoniously with the natural beauty of the small villages that have settled. Ancient churches and colorful villages will be the backdrop to this Pardise corner, a rough diamond, miraculously escaped from the frenetic approval of more pressing modernity. This will be the ideal setting to take a swim (for those who want there are masks and towels on board) in the clear waters of the protected sea. Of course we will have a well-deserved apertivio, combined with typical products such as focaccia di Recco cheese, quiches and cuculli (chickpea flour pancakes. Definitely we will taste some good Pigato Ligurian wine. After this adventure we’ll return to the starting port.
